CEO
Jodie R. Haynes brings over 30 years of multidisciplinary expertise across real estate, mortgage finance, tax strategy, finance, education, marketing, hospitality, insurance, retirement, and technology-enabled consulting.
As the Founder of Haynes & Associates, she oversees comprehensive strategic advisory services for both public and private sector clients. Her extensive background encompasses experience as an owner-broker in real estate and mortgage finance, as well as senior positions in underwriting, management, education, professional development, hospitality, insurance, retirement services and marketing. She has also led the integration of AI-driven business strategies to enhance performance and foster innovation.
Jodie’s broad skill set enables her to effectively support government procurement projects in financial management, tax compliance and planning, training and capacity building, and digital transformation initiatives, delivering professional, result-oriented solutions.
Eric D. Rachal
Senior Advisor, Government & Community Strategist
Eric Rachal contributes over 30 years of professional experience in real estate, logistics, transportation, and hospitality to our public-sector projects. He started as a real estate agent and appraiser in 1998, gaining credentials and market expertise.
Eric has managed logistics and operations for national firms, developing skills that support effective public programs. He holds a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and has owned businesses as a real estate appraiser, hospitality, and transportation, giving him practical insight into small business, workforce development, and customer service. His diverse background strengthens our capacity to provide strategic solutions for government, state, and local partners.
